Information, terms & conditions

We've tried to keep this short so please read carefully to avoid any unnecessary hiccups on your big day!

Booking

  • We'll try to respond to this enquiry as quickly as possible and provided we have availability we'll send you an email confirming with a link to an order. If you want to proceed you'll need to pay a non-refundable deposit of £50 to reserve your items. The balance of the order must be paid 2 weeks prior to your event.
  • Your item is not booked until we have received the deposit.
  • Last minute cancellations will still be charged.
  • Last minute time/venue changes will be accommodated wherever possible; we always try our hardest to deal with unexpected issues but if we're unable to the full fee may still be charged.
  • Damage/loss to items will be charged at a reasonable repair rate.

Delivery and collection by us

  • If your venue is unable to take delivery for whatever reason at the time you've specified we'll contact you and wait as long as we can to get in. Redeliveries may possibly be charged again.
  • If we are unable to pick up at the time you've specified there may be a reasonable 'waiting time' charge or re-collection charge.

Self pick up and return

  • Orders must be picked up and returned to our factory at HP10 0NT.
  • In addition to the non-refundable deposit of £50, self pick up and returns require a £100 deposit (paid with the balance of the order, 2 weeks prior to your event) which is fully refunded on the return of the items.
  • If you deviate from your chosen pick up time we'll wait as long as possible, but we do have other deliveries to make and may have to leave, in which case you'll need to wait for us to return or return at a later time/date.
  • If you don't return your items at your chosen time we'll add extra hire charges for the overtime.
  • Please check the measurements listed with our items as most are too big for a standard car. If your items don't fit in your vehicle we're happy for you to come back later with a larger vehicle (with an agreed time) but can't refund or cancel orders based on this error.
  • If you fail to pick up your items we can't issue a refund.

As you might imagine our busiest times are over weekends, so we offer a fixed price for up to 4 days hire which covers most of our customers' needs, whether that is for Thursday to Monday or just Saturday to Sunday. If you want to hire for extended periods that's possible too, the booking system allows for up to 19 days hire.

We work to a delivery area centred on HP10 0NT which covers London and many other surrounding areas. But to those further afield, fear not, because we offer a self pick-up / self return option! (excluding the Bouncy Castle). There's a refundable £100 deposit for self-collections, and please double-check the dimensions of the props you're hiring to make sure it will fit in your vehicle!
