delivery

If you live outside the UK, drop us a note before purchase and we’ll let you know how much delivery to your country will cost and if possible.


Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery from the time you receive a shipping confirmation email.

Goods will be sent boxed and bubble wrapped with FRAGILE sticker where applicable. This box in most cases will not fit through a letterbox! So if you are out you may have to collect from a post centre or re-arrange.

refunds

If you are unhappy or are having an issue with your goods from Vowed & Amazed for any reason and need to return them, please email us at: info@vowedandamazed.co.uk

And we will work on problem solving the issue. If a return is necessary, please post your goods back to us within 14 days including a note with your name, order number and reason for return. Any returned items must remain in the same condition and ideally packaging they were received in or appropriate. We are unable to refund or exchange products that are faulty due to misuse, external factors not relating to the manufacturing of the product or mistakes in signed off artwork.

All items are returned to us at your own risk and expense. Please note we cannot be held responsible for any items which fail to reach us or for delays in your exchange/return reaching our warehouse. Please do send your parcel via a registered traceable service and obtain a proof of postage receipt. 

Once received we will assess the item condition, and we will contact you with the outcome within a max of 5 days. We will issue a replacement or repair where appropriate.

Should you prefer to exchange your goods, we will advise you as soon as possible whether your exchange item(s) is available. Please note any difference in price will need to be considered before a replacement is sent out to you. We will issue a refund in the event any exchange item is not available.
